1. Acceptance

By installing or using SonicDesk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall it.

2. The free version and Pro

The free version may be used at no charge. Pro features are unlocked with a license key sold separately. A Pro license is a one-time purchase for personal use on all of your own computers. It may not be resold, shared publicly or rented. We may decline support for keys that have been shared.

3. Your content

SonicDesk works on files that you already have. You are responsible for having the right to use, edit and convert them. Do not use the extension to infringe anyone’s rights.

4. Third-party services

“Discover” searches third-party catalogs (Openverse and the Internet Archive). Their content is licensed by its authors — for example under Creative Commons licenses — and their own terms apply. Respect each track’s license and give attribution where it requires it; SonicDesk shows the license and author for each result.

5. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. To request a refund, contact us at mk.write.sy@gmail.com and include your Lemon Squeezy order number or the email address used for the purchase. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and are returned to the original payment method, usually within a few business days. This refund policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country, including applicable rights relating to digital content.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by an independent payment provider that acts as the seller of record and handles taxes. Its terms and privacy policy apply to the purchase.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

SonicDesk is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of files or data. Always keep backups of audio you edit; Studio never modifies your original files, but exported files overwrite files with the same name if you choose them.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address.

9. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights. Contact: mk.write.sy@gmail.com.

1. القبول

بتثبيتك SonicDesk أو استخدامه فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. وإن لم توافق فيرجى إزالته.

2. النسخة المجانية وPro

يمكن استخدام النسخة المجانية دون مقابل. وتُفتح ميزات Pro بمفتاح ترخيص يُباع منفصلاً. ترخيص Pro عملية شراء لمرة واحدة للاستخدام الشخصي على كل حواسيبك الخاصة، ولا يجوز إعادة بيعه أو نشره علناً أو تأجيره. ويحق لنا الامتناع عن تقديم الدعم لمفاتيح جرى تداولها.

3. محتواك

يعمل SonicDesk على ملفات تملكها أصلاً، وأنت المسؤول عن امتلاك حق استخدامها وتحريرها وتحويلها. لا تستخدم الإضافة للتعدي على حقوق أحد.

4. خدمات الأطراف الخارجية

يبحث «اكتشف» في فهارس أطراف خارجية (Openverse وInternet Archive). محتواها مرخّص من مؤلفيها، مثل رخص المشاع الإبداعي، وتسري شروطها الخاصة. التزم برخصة كل مقطوعة ونسبها لصاحبها حيث تشترط ذلك؛ ويعرض SonicDesk الرخصة والمؤلف لكل نتيجة.

5. الاسترجاع

يمكنك طلب استرجاع كامل المبلغ خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء، ولأي سبب. لطلب الاسترجاع، راسلنا على mk.write.sy@gmail.com وأرفق رقم طلبك في Lemon Squeezy أو البريد الإلكتروني الذي استخدمته عند الشراء. تتم معالجة المبالغ المسترجعة عبر Lemon Squeezy وإعادتها إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وعادةً ما يستغرق ذلك بضعة أيام عمل. لا تحدّ هذه السياسة من أي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك تمنحك إياها قوانين بلدك، بما في ذلك الحقوق المتعلقة بالمحتوى الرقمي حيثما تنطبق.

6. الدفع

تتم معالجة المدفوعات عبر مزوّد دفع مستقل يعمل بصفة البائع المسجَّل ويتولى الضرائب، وتسري شروطه وسياسة خصوصيته على عملية الشراء.

7. عدم الضمان وحدود المسؤولية

يُقدَّم SonicDesk «كما هو». وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون لا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية ولا فقدان الملفات أو البيانات. احتفظ دائماً بنسخ احتياطية من الصوتيات التي تحرّرها؛ فالاستوديو لا يعدّل ملفاتك الأصلية أبداً، لكن الملفات المصدَّرة تستبدل ملفاً يحمل الاسم نفسه إن اخترته.

8. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، والنسخة الحالية موجودة دائماً على هذا العنوان.

9. القانون الواجب التطبيق والتواصل
